Turkey is attractive and peaceful. However, the recent unfortunate developments place Turkey in an attactive position againt its will. The geographical location of Turkey makes it unique in beauty, history and culture. By the same token, Turkey becomes a crossroad for happenings that occur outside its territories, aganist Turkey will and desire. Few countries shows the determination Turkeys' has in keeping the peace. "Peace in the Nation, Peace in the World" has been our national slogan for 80 years.
